By using Lean by Lifestyle, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your access to our digital resources, including the book, daily app, and guided program. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase or enrollment.
1. Digital Delivery: All resources are delivered digitally. You are responsible for maintaining the integrity of your digital delivery and ensuring that your email address is valid and active throughout your subscription period.
2. AI Implementation: The daily assistant is powered by artificial intelligence. While it is designed to be highly accurate, it is not a substitute for human medical care or professional coaching. We recommend using it in conjunction with the book for best results.
3. Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for the book. For the Daily and Guided programs, refunds are subject to a 30-day window from the date of purchase, provided you have not accessed the full content of the program.
4. Intellectual Property: All content, including the book, worksheets, and digital resources, is the exclusive property of Jonathon Owens and Lean by Lifestyle. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of any part of these materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an effective date. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of the revised terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Refund & Cancellation
We believe in your journey and want you to feel confident in your investment. If you decide that Lean by Lifestyle isn't the right fit for you, we offer a full refund for any program you purchase within 30 days of the initial purchase date. This includes both the Book and the Daily Early Access programs.
For the Guided program, we offer a 100% refund if you are not satisfied with the results of your first review. Please note that the refund will be processed within 14 days of the review date.
Once a program has been completed, no further refunds or cancellations will be processed. We encourage you to take the time to explore the materials and see how they fit into your life before making a final commitment.
